We can also produce original musical works, arrangements of existing pieces, and orchestrations (both expanding and reducing the playing forces!), all tailored to your exact requirements. We particularly specialise in vocal and brass ensembles and music for the theatre, but we have wide-ranging experience and expertise in many areas. Where performing materials are required, we also produce high-quality scores and instrumental parts.
In many cases we have also provided live performances of our work, particularly in theatrical settings (the picture shows David ready for a performance of Titus Andronicus at the Artrix, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire for which he devised and performed the music).

David has conducted many kinds of ensembles in all sorts of situations, ranging from long-term training and development of an ensemble to last-minute 'stand-in' - and always to positive reviews from musicians and audiences alike. He is currently seeking invitations for specific conducting and musical direction projects of any kind, so please get in touch.

We are able to run workshops on a wide variety of musical activities; especially popular are our "Come and Sing!" evenings where we simply introduce people to the joys of singing together. Our workshops are tailored to meet your exact requirements, particularly in regard to the anticipated muscal experience of those who will be participating.
We are also happy to give talks on interesting musical subjects, both general and specific. Again, we can tailor these to meet your exact requirements including the experience of the audience and the formality (or otherwise!) of the setting.

We apologise that we are currently not accepting bookings for David to perform as a player except in very special circumstances. David does continue some playing activities and will still be using his practical skills 'behind the scenes'!
